Hot off the heels of 2020 Design and Construction Week, our teams have returned home after action-packed days at the International Builders Show (IBS) and Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS) in Las Vegas, the largest annual gathering of the residential construction and design industry. This year, our booth featured the Houzz Pro blue logo and branding, which pros have seen on our new Houzz Pro portal. We were excited to introduce some of the new tools and features we’re rolling out for just for industry pros at the show.

We always look forward to IBS and KBIS and enjoy getting to meet face-to-face with home professionals to learn about their businesses and help them to get the most out of Houzz. Our booth was packed with home professionals of all types looking to demo Houzz tools and services, network in our VIP lounge and take advantage of complimentary professional headshots.

We hosted educational sessions from our booth on the tradeshow floor, including presentations by Houzz principal economist, Nino Sitchinava, on the latest remodeling industry data and design trends research, and a panel of female industry leaders commenting on what it takes to be the best, from the perspective of women in construction. Beyond the booth, Liza Hausman, Houzz VP of Industry Marketing, took to the KBIS NextStage for a panel addressing technology and wellness and the role of interior designers in bringing the next decade of kitchen and bath trends to their clients. She also presented a Voices from the Industry talk on understanding and attracting luxury clients.

Houzz editors were on-site interviewing brands to find out what’s coming next in home improvement products and materials. Check out our story on the “Top Eight Kitchen and Bathroom Trends from KBIS and IBS 2020”.
